I know what you're saying is coming from a good place.

But I also believe you're underestimating people's intelligence a bit. If they care about not getting game of thrones spoiled, they wouldn't open this article.

Or people are too curious anyways and lack the self-control to spoil it. In which case it's also unnecessary. Which is evidenced by everyone who opened this. But seriously don't open the next one. Major spoilers.
Ygritte dies during the wildling attack in john snow's arms and his own men kill him shortly after.
Maybe someone's seen a part of it and is interested. Or again, they haven't seen it, don't know what it is and come to look and end up getting spoiled.

Also if you're going to do spoilers (especially for a series like Game of Thrones) please specify if it's from the book series or TV show. I caught a glimpse of what you posted when quoting you and now I know what happens in the book I'm in the middle of reading.
And no, "major spoilers" isn't enough to validate that because a lot of "major" stuff happens from the end of book 3 to the current books.

By the way for anyone curious the book this guy has a spoiler for (for no fucking reason) is Book 5-most likely part 1.

Joffrey looks like such a little weenie in #6. Can't wait to see him die at his wedding next season.

Just proving my point.

Spoiler tags don't work.

They're just clutter.
I only saw that because I quoted you. The average person doesn't go in and quote an article.

There's no reason to not use a spoiler box or at least warn someone at the beginning of a post so they can skip it. You're just being unpleasant.

Am I missing something here?

To me these almost seem to illicit the same response as when crazed hippies approach me and claim "I FOUND JESUS IN ME TOAST" (which is obviously a bi-weekly occurrence) - in the sense that, I can sort of see where these are from and then not at all at the same time.

I like the artwork and the style, but only a couple made me think 'game of thrones' and the rest seemed unconnected. Perhaps it is just because I am ill-educated on the subject matter, as I am just a casual watcher of the TV show, but if you hadn't of told me they were game of thrones before showing, I definitely wouldn't of guessed in most cases.
I...kinda think it is because you're, in your words, "ill educated". As someone who has both read the books and seen the show, I knew what each one was without reading the key in the article. I think I would've picked up on most of them as Game of Thrones references without even seeing the article at all.

Dude, the article clearly states "One artist has imagined just that, producing a series of beautiful traditional Japanese ukiyo-e wood block prints depicting the series most memorable scenes." If you keep reading or click on the images after reading that, you have no right to complain about spoilers.

EDIT: OT, nice work, looks like something that would have been really fun to do. Anyone know who the artist is?

Major spoiler snipped
That, on the other hand, really ought to be spoilered. Fans of the TV show who haven't read the books aren't going to know about that, and it'll be a major plot point for the new series. Please fix it!

Sorry, but I base my spoiler statute of limitations on the release date of the original media. The book has been out for thirteen years and Tyrion gets framed for Joffreys murder but escapes and shoots Tywin in the dick with a crossbow.
Except this article is about Game of Thrones, not A Song of Ice and Fire. There's no need to be a dick about it.

And seriously, I don't know what you're trying to achieve by quoting plot points at me - I've read the books, I know what happens.
