Now...i'll admit, there are some games out there that aren't nessecarily bad, but the scripts make them awful. One example of this for me would be Blue Dragon. I mean...it's so bad! The game itself is ok, but the wording of the script...eww. What do you think?

I'd burn the script of House of the Dead: Overkill. AT least half the time it takes to burn would be caused by the text: "Muthafucka!"

But it's sooo funny, I don't remember that game for being particularly good but because of the amount of laughs I got out of it's atrocious dialogue.

True and it did create the whole Barry and the "Jill Sandwich"
After thinking about it the script wasn't bat it was just the actors my mistake.

The dialogue in the original Far Cry was awful. I can't comment on any of the other Far Cry games as I haven't played them, but the writing in that game was unbelievably stupid.

The new Alone in the Dark.
Played that at a friend's place and spent the next three weeks playing the originals just to get rid of the icky feeling..

Awww...the dialogue was so funny, though.

EDIT: After reading other comments, I have to say the voice actors really did terribly, but in my opinion, they add to the hilarity.

I seriously don't know how the developers went through each line of the painfully terrible conversations and say "yea we set"

Eh, the original Metal Gear Solid was fine. The rest...? Toss 'em.

Here's something funny, though. I can think of part of Fallout 3 that I'd throw out. Yeah, even though I love that game to death, there's ONE THING I'd give the axe. Those stupid southern accents used by the Enclave guys. The acting was fine, but what're we tryin' to tell our players here? That the evil organization making up the remnant of American government is a crowd of southern gentlemen who could pass off as members of the Confederacy? If we were in Mississippi and the Enclave was recruiting, that'd make sense, but this country's a melting pot. I expect an Enclave soldier with a rocket launcher to go "Yo yo yo, what's up NOW, muthah fuckah?" as he's laying on the heavy hits. You don't KNOW who's under those helmets.

EDIT: *Looks at post-count now* Three Thirty-Seven?! *Parody Ranger Joke*

Even though they are well written, I would burn all the scripts to all the metal gear solid games. It's because of them that the cutscenes are almost as long as the game itself!

God, I agree. It's funny how one of the "most mature" games on the console comes off as being one of the most childish with the sheer amount of swearing. I know it's not supposed to be taken seriously, but it can't even take it's "not being serious" serious.

No kidding, I can' believe I actually played through the entire game. Luckily I got it for Christmas so I didn't waste my money on such a terrible game.
