Game Suggestions. Help Me!

Hi all. I used to love games, and it was all i ever did. But recently i've grown bored of everything, maybeits cause im older etc, but i dont want to give up.

So i ask you to reccomend me some games.
My favourite games ever are Kingdom Hearts 1 & 2. They were fun, challenging, not too complicated and the story was immense. Unlike most games like this, the fight system was impeccable. Other games i enjoy are pokemon - but only once through, after the elite 4 i dont see the point. I love FPS - COD 5 and Timesplitters , but the lack of story gets to me, it does get repetetive after a while. I was into WOW, but at lvl 49 it was more lke work, it lacked the fun of the original. Any Mario 2d game and Abes Odysses/Exodus - genius. Some recent(ish) games that drew me in were Resi 5, Portal and Super Paper Mario. Also i scare easy lolz, i could never play anything to eerie.

Help!

I've tried Fallout 3, but it didnt suck me in.

Sorry, I have a PS3 & 2, Gamecube, DS, and My Pc can run most games.

A great FPS with an awesome story line is Bioshock, you should give that a try. You might like Fallout 3 also, it's an FPS, but it has a lot of RPG elements to it.

Console? Do you have a Wii, find Thousand Year Door, easily on my top 3 of all time.

I'm actually in a kind of similar situation like you. I still game, but not so often.

If you are looking for a quality game like Abe's Oddysee or Exodus= good luck, they don't make games that good anymore.

Apart from that some of my suggestions=

FPS
Killzone 2= Intense gameplay, really nice online MP
Team Fortress 2= I play this quite a lot in my spare time, fairly casual online game about teamplay

I haven't found a game that could rival the splitscreen multiplayer of Timesplitters 2, only hope is to wait for the 4th part

RPG
Try Valkyria Chronicles

On the indie side you could also try:
Braid or Flower(completely revitalized my faith in game inovation)

god of war 1-2 and then wait for the third coming this year. also, Mario kart wii and Galaxy. for pc, ill say Titan Quest. awesome RPG u can buy for 10?/$ on steam. easily the best rpg ever.

Dawn of War: Soulstorm. awesome strategy game.

HoMM 3-5, they all rock and is easy to control.

i think u can indeed get RE4 for the wii, so you might try that.

maybe CSS, it has no campaign, but you will never go bored with all the mods. (Zmod, GG, etc.

Damnit, one of my favourite games ever are Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2 also.

I'd recommend The World Ends With You for the DS.
I've been not enjoying many games as much as I did a while ago also (though I'm getting over it already), but TWEWY is made by the same team as Kingdom Hearts, and it was a game I could play from beginning to end in one sitting.

I loved it, and I hope you will also.

Not as good as the hype surrounding,

Baten Kaitos is a great RPG for the Gamecube. It has a faster paced combat system then most rpg's.

GAH! GENERALIZATION ALERT!

But I can understand you not wanting another console. Try DBZ Budokai 3 (neat and simple fighter with TONS of customization), Shadow of the Colossus, Psychonauts, and perhaps Final Fantasy 12.

Oblivion, pay attention and it's amazing.

But paying attention is key. Your level is not the most important thing in that game. Which is where many players go wrong...

I recommend Oblivion, too. 99% of people like either Oblivion or Fallout 3. Only 1% of people dislike both.

I loved it, got to level 40 twice on the xbox 360 and to like 50 on the PC, plus I've had multiple Mod save files on the PC.
