I'm waiting for Portal 2 and have beaten everything I own. What do you guys suggest?? Btw, i'm not really an FPS person and I own a PS3. Go nuts.

Demon's Souls. Go play it! My 3rd favourite game of all time, an absolutely fantastic action-RPG. It can be frustrating, but it's ultimately very rewarding if you stick with it and just be careful.
Now, I don't know if you'll like Demon's Souls, but I recommend to whoever wants to listen. For more specific recommendations, tell us a little something about what you like, either what you've played before or what genres you're looking for etc.
Other than Demon's Souls, I'd recommend Planescape: Torment, the best story in a videogame you'll most likely ever encounter, if you decide to play it. It's a little dated, sure, but the story is too amazing to miss. My second favourite game of all time.

RPG: Mass Effect 2, Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas, Dragon Age Origins, Dragon Age II, Eternal Sonata.

Valkyria Chronicles
Fallout 3 is awesome but New Vegas is still a complete mess on the PS3.
Valkyria Chronicles kind of like an SRPG (but not the usual 'tactics' style srpg) with shooting.
Just Cause 2 is also definitely worth checking out.
Warhawk - if you have a ps3, you may as well have Warhawk.
