Game title?

On a site I visit on occasion, I was given an opportunity to send out a message to a randomly selected group of members of the site. I chose to ask "Is there a game you play that no one has heard of, but you love?" I recently received the responses, and one in particular I noticed said thus:

"Its a playstation one game, but i dont remember what its called, you play as a tiger and your sensei is a Panda and the bad guy's are snakes and sometimes cheetahs.Its so awesome."

I am curious, does anyone know the game this person was talking about? I tried to find it, but search engines just gave me links to Kung-Fu Panda games. If anyone knows this game, some info would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like someone found the original inspiration for Kung Fu Panda.

I remember something similar to that on the sega, but also can't remember the name. I think it had the word foo in it though.
