Well it looks like most of the games I would recommend have been stated before like Timesplitters 2 (heard that Future Perfect is good, but I've never played it and I'm sticking to games I know), SSBM, LoZ: Twilight Princess (Yes it's fun on the Gamecube), LoZ: Windwaker, the Pikmin games, Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction, and Kirby Airride. But there's one that I haven't seen mentioned so far.

Metal Arms: Glitch in the System. Amazing game. It's a TPS, but it's so fun to play. Interesting storyline and it can be great fun in multiplayer (4 player like a lot of games of that generation, oh 4 player split-screen why were you forsaken?). Fun weapons, interesting mechanics (you can rip your opponents apart and make them less effective, there's a gun focused solely on this), and really interesting humor. I would highly recommend it if you can find it.

Great, now I want to go out and buy IH:UD and another copy of MA:GitS (wait that acronym looks like maggots... awesomesauce, I'm using that from now on).

I spent an entire summer playing Smash Bros.: Melee with my friends back in when it was still current to own a gamecube.

Resi 4. - The PS2 version had longer load times and uglier graphics than the GC original, though it had an extra level :(
Which level is it? It must be included in the Wii port, right? I certainly didn't miss anything.
"Parting ways" or whatever it's called. Where you play as Ada in the village or something.

If you haven't played the Resident Evil remake, you haven't experienced real survival horror.
oh hell yes. played that not too long ago and it was great. only thing that annoys me is that stupid cinematic EVERY time you go through a door. even so, was a great game, very creepy and atmospheric with some cool puzzles

killer7. It is crazy as all get out, but it is also one of the most unique games ever made. It is also one of the few games I would call a masterpiece. It is one of the best works of art that this medium has produced. killer7 is to games what Eraserhead is to film.

Bloody Roar: Primal Fury was a launch title for the 'cube, but its graphics actually hold up pretty well and it's a very fun fighting game.
You have earned a place on my friends list for that.

Resident Evil 4
Super Smash Bros Melee
Luigi's Mansion
Paper Mario Thousand Year Door
Pokemon Coliseum and XD: Gale of Darkness (only worth it if you have GBA games, really so you can get unique Pokemon)
Tales of Symphonia
But for the love of all gamers out there, do not (I say do NOT) get Sonic Heroes .

Well, it looks like you've got it covered. I'll add that 007: Everything or Nothing is probably the best Bond game by EA, and I'll stand by that it's a better third person shooter than Gears of War. (Far easier though.) It's nowhere as much of a must-play as any other entry in this thread though.

...I can't believe I only discovered now that Beyond Good and Evil saw a GC release. HOW AM I THIS STUPID

Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem is one you definitely need to pickup. It ranks right up there with Silent Hill (1 and 2) in survival/horror/ scary as shit games.
Why is Silent Hill 3 so rarely acknowledged? It's so far the last good game in the series.
I've only played either one or two, I can't remember which one, but it was just to creepy/scary for me to finish it.

Baten Kaitos is a brilliant RPG, being quite underrated and actually trying to be a bit different in terms of gameplay and art style.

Zelda: Twilight Princess OR Zelda: Wind Waker are both excellent adventure games, but then again I do love Zelda games. Also, speaking as a foreigner, I think this might be the first time in years I've managed to spell EXZSCHELLENT in several years.

Lost Kingdoms is another good RPG game, if a bit short. It's a ton of fun "collecting" monsters and finding new weapons/cards (this was back in the day when using cards instead of actual weapons was more popular than what ever would have happened if Call of Duty and Halo had a baby together), and even though fans of the "series" -for there are indeed only two of them- have bashed the 2nd game for taking some of the more crappy parts of the gameplay and actually improved them, I still hold the 2nd game up as the superior. Maybe that is because I played that one first, but who knows.

Gotcha Force is quite an odd title, being somewhere between mech-action, cartoony spectacle fighter and Metal Arms, and it has become quite the cult classic over the years with several very dedicated fans. The game is quite rare though, so good luck finding one that's at least affordable.

Skies of Arcadia: Legends, another RPG, and a really damn good one. It was actually a remake of an old Dreamcast game which I never played. When you're not exploring dungeons, various towns and such, you're flying around a huge world with tons of hidden stuff to find. I've put over 100 hours into it, and it's still fun. Also, it all takes place in a world in the skies, because regular ground is dreadfully boring. But really, it is awesome.

Eternal Darkness has already been recommended, but allow me to recommend it some more: It's an awesome Lovecraft-inspired horror game with a good story. That's pretty much all I've got. Oh, and you can play as many different characters, which is good fun. I haven't played it in a while, mainly because I got angry at it after dying, then discovering that the game didn't have an auto save-function and having to do two long chapters all over again.

Resident Evil 4, or 4 Resident Evil as it says on the boxart. Well, it isn't really survival-horror anymore, but it's still one of the greatest action games ever made, mainly due to fun gameplay, some very intense battles and a ton of weapons, items and upgrades. Oh, and it has an infinite RPG, Tommygun and Magnum, and they all speak for themselves... very loudly.

Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. A Mario RPG. What more could you ask for? Other than being an incredibly creative game, it also offers a ton of various stuff to do, some very neat characters, a surprisingly interesting story (for a Mario game anyway), and some hilarious visual humour.
Note: Princess Peach DOESN'T get kidnapped by Bowser this time. If that doesn't make you interested, I don't know what will.

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. Yes, I am indeed putting a movie-licenced game on the list, and there is a reason for it: It is actually quite good. I can't really explain why; it just has a certain kind of charm to it that I haven't seen in other movie-licenced games.
Also, it has some very amusing glitches from time to time, as well as some not-so-amusing ones.

Three pages and no mention of Cubivore? Loved that game. You play as a cube that runs around eating other cubes to evolve to beat bosses to gain extra limbs to reproduce to beat even bigger bosses to become the top of the food chain. (run on sentence is a run on sentence.) Tips & Tricks said it best, this game WILL be a collectors item, it has a button that lets you poop on command.
