I want to design a "Gamer's Club of [wherever]" along the lines of the New York Yacht Club or the Cornell Club or etc. As an architectural side project (i.e. not work-related).
THE QUESTION FOR THIS TOPIC:
What sorts of "lures" in such a building would make gamers want to go, hang out, socialize or hang out at such a club? Not just play games, but other stuff as well?
...
Already planned is are various lounges and spaces for multiplayer gaming, a "handheld lounge", an adaptable program space (large room for exhibitions, lectures, ceremonies, or rent-able for things such as birthday parties or bar mitzvahs as well), a restaurant, and a gamer-themed bar (along the lines of the Mana Bar in Australia).
Also, please don't point me to what you may thing are already-existing gamer's clubs. Obviously, those are not what I want to make, or don't fulfill what's in my head. Though there's nothing wrong with referring to various elements of such places as examples.
