Games delayed to 2011...

Seriously... Last week was LittleBigPlanet 2, this week its Two Worlds 2... whats next? Of course these aren't the only games delayed to 2011, a lot of others have been delayed aswell.

(not all games on list I am waiting for but stil...)

We got portal 2 delayed to 2011...
Fear 3 delayed to 2011...
LA Noire delayed...
Socom 4...
Ghost Recon Future soldier...
Crysis 2...
Rage...
True Crime: Hongkong...
Conduit 2...
Breach...
Max Payne 3....
Brink....
PS3 version of Gothic 4 (luckily I am getting PC version which comes out in two weeks...)

I know most of them were delayed for quality... but still, now this holiday is almost barren of any games... but worst part is, most of them are coming out Q1 of 2011 so its going to be flooded.

This happens every year. I think most of the Q1 games of 2010 were supposed to be Q4 2009. I amd looking forward to Spec Ops the Line, Dungeon Sienge, and Socom. I though Socom was going to be out in September when I learned it moved I picked up the first uncharted and it was good. As long as Last Guardian comes out in 2010 it will all be good.

well that is what i was talking about, for instance i just got nhl 11 and its still 2010. shouldnt it be 10 instead?

You forgot Duke Nukem Forever. It has been delayed until 2011 (sorry I couldn't resist). Anyway if it is for quality reasons I don't mind specially since I usually have pretty have a pretty long queue of games I want to at least rent plus a ton of DLC I want to get, so I just go through my back list for the time plus I could just replay a couple of my greatest hits games. If the publishers are delaying because they don't like the competition like a lot did last year due to MW 2, I get a little pissed off. I wouldn't be surprised if a few of these delays were due to Reach.

The only reason I would want all of those games to come out this year is so they would be cheaper by the time I'd get around to picking them up - next year.

I don't know if being announced as having a release date in 2011 really counts as being "pushed back". especially in the cases of Marvel vs Capcom 3, Batman: Arkham City, Zelda: Skyward Sword... (more likely I missed the original release dates, if so, kudos to you for your investigative journalism /thumbsup) but it does suck having to wait for them.

On the plus side, 2011 is gonna be one hell of a year. All of those games, plus Duke Nukem Forever and a relatively high probability of Guild Wars 2. That way when the world ends in 2012, we can all die happy. (yay conspiracy!)

Well before skyward sword was announnced it was supposed to come out in 2010, MvC3 was original slated for 2010 also. B:AC, I heard was but cant confirm.

yeah 2011 though should be a good year.
