Call of Duty 4, I didn't like the CoD series in general. Was never into GTA, it was good for a quick laugh but other than that, meh.

Half-life as well, I have NEVER understood why it is so popular, this game isn't good, it isn't bad, it's just normal.

Brutal Legend I have never played, but if anything screams over-hyped to me, it is this.

Halo I actually like, it's overrated sure, but it's so good that compared to some games I can understand why.

Halo(s) goes without saying. I don't hate it but it's never really been worth the praise it gets.

My thoughts exactly. I find it to be Ok every once in a while playing with a few friends, but it gets boring very quickly. I find it to just be kind of, standard.

rainbow six 3 was the best tactical shooter ever. Ghost recon was pretty sweet too.

Oblivion. Dear god, this is easily my biggest culprit. I can not hate that game enough, but according to reviewers and other people it was great.
Did I play a completely different game to those people, or am I just realistic enough to see that not everything Bethesda spews out can be seen through rose-coloured glasses?

Unless you're talking about Halo or CS, in which case, yes, everyone's a dick.

I find games that don't have friendly fire turned on have less dicks, like Gears 2 or TF2.

This is probably why Halo 3 is full of dicks.

Cod 4 and GTA 4. COD because Ifelt it lead me by the nose (although it was very pretty). And GTA just bored me. It was to imbedded in realism to be fun for me.
