Games Snubbed From E3

This. Abe's Oddysee and Exodus were both fantastic games to play through again on the PSP. I keep hoping for a new one but know it isn't going to happen.

Also I wanted to see something about Agent but we've not seen anything on that (as far as I know).

well, bethesda had a whole deal trying to copyright a TES MMO and I think I heard something about TES V being and MMO

I hope someone in the press takes enough interest to publish something online about it...

Did they even patch Gothic 3 or something? That game had so many bugs and such a terrible fighting system I couldn't play it lol. I had to keep my camera tilted at exactly the right angle and I would destroy an entire town then get owned by a baby wolf or something...

I wasn't really expecting Battlefront III; rather, I was hoping for it. I want das game badly, and I fear yet another E3 will go by without me hearing anything positive about it.

...But who's gonna make it? I also hold out hope for this game, but I've got no idea what the hell happened in terms of development beyond that leaked footage.

There is speculation of an announcement at E3 because of some supposed lobbies on Gamespy, but that is on Wikipedia, and unconfirmed, so there really isn't much chance.

I don't think I've seen any new info on Metroid: Other M. But it's due out later this year, so I guess it doesn't matter?

I wasn't at E3, and have been trying to keep up with it on the Escapist between school and sleeping in a different time zone to you guys over there, so I may be wrong, but... has no one mentioned ANYTHING about Mass Effect 3 or Dragon Age II? And wasn't EA's conference on Monday or something? What's happening here people?

I was expecting The Last Guardian to be shown and am slightly annoyed that it wasn't...

I was also hoping for something on Battlefront 3 but that was mostly just wishful thinking, I knew there was only a small chance of it being shown. I'm surprised Rockstar didn't show anything about Agent though and that TESV wasn't shown or announced.

I was surprised to see nothing of TLG too.

Not as surprised about Agent though. I hear R* didn't show anything. They weren't even there. The only thing I've heard about Agent since it was announced at last years e3 is the Rumor that it's vaporware they announced to stop ps3 fanboys (the ones who really thought gta dlc was never coming to the ps3)from throwing bricks through their windows.
I am a little disappointed that they aren?t ready to announce an outstanding gta like what we?re used to.

As for TES, can anyone tell me if Bethesda is actually making games anymore. They seem to just be producing lately; and crap at that. I really hope that rumor about tes5 baing an mmo is false. I really liked Oblivion but I?m not paying a monthly fee so I can play it with a bunch of 12 year olds.

Yeah I've been playing it recently. If you install the community patch its fine, although the balancing is still fucked up. Despite playing it for like 50 hours and thus being a high level I still can't take on a group of anything stronger than goblins without dying.

Thus taking over cities is impossible, let alone some of the other quests which make you run into about 50 orcs.

I'm hoping that 4 fixes these problems and more.

You wouldn't be the only one, I hate it when franchises do this(Warcraft/KOTOR I'm looking at you!). But I heard they are doing this to Fallout.

I heared a rumor about Michel Ancel leaving Ubisoft and BG&E2 being cancelled...any confirmation of this?

Actually, it was only a rumor and nothing more. Turns out, Ancel has not left Ubisoft and the game is still in the works.

I was praying for a Mirror's Edge 2 trailer, but I knew that was a long shot. Also The Last Gurdian, but Sony/Team Ico are probably holding that back for later in the year or something.
