Syphon Filter 1, 2, and 3. They're still a blast to play, they're still somewhat challenging (or very challenging if you've never played them before), the story is still fresh, that characters are still awesome, the music is still amazing, and the graphics were always meh so there really nothing to complain about in that department.

I'd have to say Earthbound (that is, if it sold better stateside).

There are a lot of moments in the game where the humor made me laugh because of how clever it was (ex.: a dog asking you why you have the time to stop and start talking with animals).
