Mario Kart Wii. Seriously the amount of times I got pipped on the line by a Spiny Shell on the last lap...

The opera scene in FF VI. There was a bit of mood whiplash in it though. First it gets you crying then you're laughing.

Sadly [small](or not, depending on how you look at it)[/small], I have never cried to a game. I'm not fully convinced that games are an art form, but once they get me to cry, though, I'll be convinced.

Portal 2, the second time, when I found out what the lyrics to the turret song mean. For some reason, it just did D:
Yeah, it was awesome the first time I saw it, the second time when I actually knew what the words meant it was really moving.

I have never cried during a game, but I've came really close during Mother 3. For those of you that played Mother 3, you know what I'm talking about.

I dont think ive actually cryed, but the only one that has gotten close was the ending of Dreamfall: The longest journey. Dont ask me why, on reflection it wasnt really that sad.

End of Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 2.

DONT LOOK IT UP ON YOUTUBE. Play the whole game, or it simply will not hit you with the same gravity.

I actually cried at Final Fantasy 13. Becuase I got so attatched to Vanille. Oh, and pretty much every seen with Angela in silent hill 2. Oh, and how could I forget the good leaning neutral ending of Bioshock 2?

I cried at the finale of "Sam and Max The Devil's Playhouse" when sam was just walking down the street without max (No i won't say why). That was probably because i REALLY liked Max.

I think the death that hit me the most was in Half Life 2: Episode 2. Otherwise, I don't think I've ever cried at a game before.

I don't know if I can ever sit through the full ending of Silent Hill 2 again, especially the part where Mary's letter is being read.

I also nearly lost it in the original Silent Hill when
Lisa Garland, the nurse at the hospital, realizes she's actually dead. This was especially emotional because of the fact that you abandon her in fear, running out the room. You still hear her pleading for a moment after you close the door (which you can't reopen) and a beautiful, haunting guitar part plays afterwards.
.

I may have teared up a little with Aeris in FF7, but that was a long time ago and I don't remember one way or the other.

Gears of War 2: Dom and Maria...definitely that. I hope I don't get warned for low content.

The only times I have come close to crying in a video games are the ending to terranigma, and the ghost train part from FF6. After I was done with the ghost train part, I had to pause the game to take it all in.

Several years ago in the Super Nintendo era, Me and a couple of my friends were playing Secret of Mana. Or at least trying to play, but couldn't settle on which of us had to watch (curse you only 2 controllers). My dad got upset with us arguing and took the game and stomped on it. I cried. I was 8 I think.

Only time a game made me cry. (I know that's not the kind of crying the OP meant :p )
