Shenmue 3. I need to see the final confrontation between Ryu and Lan Di. Sega needs to get on top of this and get Yu Suzuki back to direct the final chapters.
I'd also like to see a new Zone of the Enders game that someone mentioned previously. I know that Hideo Kojima mentioned he'd like to get one going after all of the current Metal Gear titles are finished. Here's hoping.

Yes, I realize this is a bit of a necro but I just stumbled across this thread while I myself was looking to see if there was any news on a Star Wars: Republic Commando sequel. I noticed a bunch of people were asking for it and the person who said there will not be one 
I also found while looking around a mod for the first game that someone has been working on that is their version of the second one. Also, supposedly the Star Wars: The Old Republic MMO is going to act as the sequel to KoTOR. And I also heard that with Free Radical in trouble a few years ago Timesplitters may be a no go and supposedly Battlefront III was going to be worked on by Rebellion Software.
Anyway just thought I would share what I know and again, sorry for the necro.

They originally planed more than five games but only released three.
And apart from the two last games being rushed a bit, they were fantastic, but too many questions were left unanswered.
Also, Wing Commander. It ended with a big fat cliffhanger in "Prophecies" which never got resolved because the series fuckin' ended. What the fuck?
It wasn't even that no one bought these games, they were fuckin' blockbusters at that time!

Freespace 2. There's a lot more Shivans and NTF to kill. And finishing the story would be nice too.
Shadow of the collossus - it was mind blowing, and with gaming today a sequel would be... WOW - they could make the collossus at least twice the size, and it would be so intense.
