MW2 I'm always the guy on the recieving end of those youtube worthy noobtube across the map/throwing knife across the map kills. Stupid game...
I have the same problem in TF2... but it wants to 'pretend' to auto disconnect for about 2-3 seconds ONLY when I'm in a heated battle and when it decides it wants to come back from the brink of disconnection, I'm dead. The problem is, I usually play Arena, so I'm dead for a whole round afterwards. But still. 
Strangely enough, Super Monkey Ball. I never get a favorable wind, and when I do, I end up hitting a bomb or rolling off a target.

Zone of the Enders 2. I think there's something within the sequels programming that reads the original ZOE on the memory card and says something along the lines of "Alright, you've finished that 'un then. Lets see how you do on this!!"
And this is only on normal mind you! I find that first scrap with Leo's Vic Viper is exhausting and frustrating, not to mention the second time you fight Anubis. This is one title I won't try on hard or extreme.
Metal Slug is bags of fun but it'll always keep enough of the enemy coming at you, so that at least ONE alone will kill you out of the entire hoard

Between assassin's creed1 and Fallout 3, I think I have more BSODs than most people do in ten years. It's sad, I actually had a little graph somewhere of how often my computer crashed. Slight spike when using the crysis editor, and the graph actually couldn't fit the spike I had when playing assassin's creed. I stopped playing just because of that...

also MW2's matchmaking system hated me. it always stuck me with whiny 10 year olds who were Nuke grinding on objective gametypes. (thats quite hard due to the small number of 10year olds with mic's on PSN)
Probably Counter-Strike: Source. I like it, but it seems to hate me. I always lag, exactly as I shoot an epic headshot, and end up not getting it.
