Games that should be forgotten.

Personally, I don't think any game deserves to be forgotten. Even the bad ones deserve to be remembered through following years; then perhaps developers will look at them and try not to make the same mistakes that made that game so bad.
Let the crap serve as a reminder for potential gems among the shallow, brown FPSs that for some reason sell like Justin Bieber concert tickets.

Then again, some games are forgotten without us thinking over it. All of a sudden, it's just gone, and it's never brought up again.

I agree with you, if it is forgotten about, what stops others from doing the same thing?

OT: Modern Warfare 2, Halo 3, any generic brown FPS being squirted out.

EDIT: Aren't all games RPGs, you are playing a role other than yourself, last time I checked, RPG meant Role-Playing Game (Or Rocket Propelled Grenade), so they are all RPGs

One could argue that an RPG is when you actually have some freedom so you can develop your character how you want, but I'd like to think that as long as characters develop throughout the game, it can be qualified as an RPG. Just my .02.

It's kinda funny, there was this one game made of total SHIT, but I forgot the name.

So it already has been forgotten. It was a turnbased third person shooter. Yeah.

I'm sure there are a bunch like that, but the only one I can think of that's a turn based third person shooter is Resonance of Fate. Which I really hope is not the game you think is total shit because it's really quite good.

Anyway, um, games that should be forgotten...I can't really think of any. Maybe this one that I had picked up called "Dragon Rage." Yeah, that was a mistake. e_e I was hoping it'd be like "Drakengard" but...it wasn't. At all.

And maybe Final Fantasy VII. Heh. Okay, someone's probably going to kill me now.
Okay, not forgotten, but at least toned down. It's really not the best FF. Really.

I'd forget 2/3 annually released sports games. They are all exactly the same, so we can save a few hundred bucks by ignoring most of them.

I'd forget WoW because it is the most evil thing in the world and has spawned hundreds of totally ashite wannabe's so only a few interesting games can ever come out of the MMORPG genre (EVE for example), and because it has told developers that what people really love is grinding and grinding and grinding and grinding.
