Fallout.3 in particular. "But Protag," you say, "Don't you remember Fallout Tactics?" Why yes I do, I reply quickly, and state that i mean a Fallout RTS done good.
I'm talkin' LOTR:BFME style here. Their are three campaigns, Good, Evil, and Neutral.
Good Campaign would consist of playing as Lyon's Brotherhood,maybe the Settlers of the Wasteland. Heroes(I said BFME style, did i not?) would consist of Elder Lyons, The Lone Wanderer(Canon makes him good anyway, i'm willing to bet) Liberty Prime(underpowered, of course), possibly James for Lyons. Wastelanders would have Uncle Leo, Lucas Simms, Riley & Team, A3-21, The Mechanist & Antagonizer.
Neutral Campaign would consist of playing as The Vault-dwellers, The Outcasts, The Regulators, The Wasteland Wildlife and Ghouls.
Heroes would consist of Amata, Butch, and some others my tired brain can't think of for VD's, The Outcasts would have Casdin, Rockfowl, Morgan. Regulators would just be Regs. no heroes(almost spelled herpes, christ i'm tired.). WL&Ghouls would have Goris(Okay, he wasn't in 3, but he was still awesome!) Roy Phillips, Crowley, some kind of Rocket Luancher-Yao Guai named Mr. Bondsworth, and Charon.
Evil Campaign would consist of Super Mutants, Talon Company, Slavers, Raiders, Enclave.
Super mutants have Overlords, Behemoths as heroes(3 each) Talon Company'd have Jabsco. Slavers, basically every named slaver from Paradise Falls, Raiders have Lug-Nut and Lag-bolt, Ashur, some others. Enclave'd have Autumn, Enclave Officers, Enclave Deathclaws, Robobrain for a Mobile-Eden.
