Metal Gear Solid games...mainly Snake Eater and Peace Walker.
Why? The stories are so awesome. Plus there are a lot of things that I might miss the first time around and catch on a second or third playthrough.

Mount and Blade if that counts, Then Baldurs Gate and Fallout, all parts of them at least once a year. And Sid Meier's Pirates i play that game since the early 90's and still love it like i did the very first time. I got the 2004 remake now though wich is a little bit nicer to look at and has some fun extrafeatures

Halo series 1-Reach.. KoToR 1+2.. Oblivion(soooo much time sunk into this one).. deeer... Diablo 2.. Dragon Age.. Fallout 3... All of theese i've played through atleast 5 times, Oblivion and KoToR 1 topping the list with atleast 15 thourogh playthroughs since release. Wow... That's alot of time spent gaming.. Thank's for reminding me :/

Well, if you count all the Pokemon games, I've probably beaten them more times than all my other JRPGs put together.

Also, I had strange urge recently. See, I had 3 or 4 games sitting in front of me, that I hadn't beaten yet (Final Fantasy 13, ModNation Racers, and 1 or 2 others), but despite this, all I wanted to do was play Bioshock... for the 7th or 8th time. Hell, I probably shouldn't even TALK about Bioshock, since that'll make me want to replay it AGAIN.

Mount and Blade (and it's expansion) are insanely replayable, there's many different ways to play it. Still, it's very, very difficult to actually beat the game, most people won't (I haven't) but it's just so much fun, and with the ability to bring the same character between different playthroughs with the same level,stats and money, it makes it much easier to get going the second time through..
