A clocktower remake or a dinosaur sim with rpg elements. Like, you'd be born as a lvl 0 baby dinosaur and work your way up the food chain...

A new MechWarrior game. With full mech customization. See that Owens? I'll tune it so it'll be tearing apart Mad Cat Mk II's.

Or Dungeon Keeper 3. Improve the AI,make spells cost gold again (made you keep an eye on how often you Sight of Evil'd + Bolted enemy lairs),and make Horny a normal creature again. Woul you believe me if I told you I know how to effectively keep a handle on an army of 15 Hornies?

Or Supreme Commander 3 that keeps the characterization of SupCom2,but returns to the everything else of SupCom1. Maybe add a few additions, and keep research...Just make sure to keep units off the research tree.

And finally,a starfighter sim. Seriously, like MechWarrior, but in the vaccum of inteplanetary/interstellar space. It will be AWESOME.
Every word this guy said was QFT. Couldn't agree more. Also, Homeworld 3 needs to happen as was already mentioned. Also enjoyed Vankrakens mention of a real Xcom game. I don't want an fps xcom unless it also contains base building and research, along with sending fighters to shoot down aliens ships... or they could remake xcom ufo defense with modern graphics, that game would be perfect.

But yeah, they are working on MechWarrior still, so hopefully it wont let us down. As for Supcom, I don't know if we are getting another. I still play Supcom 1 with my friends during LAN parties and it still beats the shit out of all the new RTS games out there.

I also want Mario RPG 2. Not paper mario nonsense, but a real Mario RPG sequel. And screw SquareEnix, I want Mistwalker to make it so it won't suck like all the FF games since 10.

Oh and props to the guy who said a next gen monster hunter game for us poor US fans. Tri was great... but it looked like my ass after mexican food.

Hmmmmm

A sequel to Vagrant story
Valkyrie Profile 3
A legend of dragoon sequel
Onimusha 5

A remake of final fantasy 7 where the combat system had more player input than Attack... magic... watch animation... attack... knights of the round... go grab a coffee... come back... repeat.

That'd pretty much do me

I mean with this hypothetical games that do not (yet) exist that you would instantly love and give big amounts of money.
Xenogears Episode 6.

Xenosaga Episode 4.

Persona 5.

Of the above, only one is actually likely to happen. **sigh**

A fast-paced and flowing, free running 2-D side-scroller with gameplay based around getting into a steady rhythm and getting through to the objective in a single fluid motion, a la Robot Unicorn Attack, with some fun (and also fast) melee combat a la Megaman Zero.

It would preferably be in the "easy to learn, hard to master" mindset.

3d open world pokemon rpg.
Or else, this.

Edit: Oh, yeah, and I would probably buy a Fire Emblem game that was similar to The Sacred Stones. It wouldn't have to feature sprite-based artwork (though I preferred that to the slightly anemic full 3D in Path of Radiance) so long as the attacks were suitably fast and over the top (like in the sprite era).

Morrowind with the Oblivion Engine.

Fallout 2 with the Fallout 3 (Oblivion) Engine.

An Elder Scrolls MMO. I'd buy it, not pay for it every goddamned month! >.<

Project Black Mesa if it'd get them off their asses and finished the damned thing.

I would give anything for sporehammer 40k. Its a procedural, open galaxy like spore, but jam packed full of warhammer. Want to take your angry marines on a romp through a necron tombworld? Super! Uh oh! Hive fleet!

Half-Life 3. Without question. (so long as Valve, or in the very least, the team behind Episode 2 made it)

But, obvious choices aside, I'd say any of the following:
(provided they're faithful to their sources and made by a quality team)

Mech Commander 3
Mech Warrior 5
Homeworld 3
Freespace 3
Battlefield 3 (PC) - that doesn't use Origin or Battlelog

Just to list a few.

If you know of this game, friend me and let's have cybersex. Because you have qualified as awesome.
Isn't that that game that was supposed to be like Quake meets Elder Scrolls? Or something like that. I recall a friend being all excited for it. I thought ZenoClash was it reborn.

You two have just earned a special place in my heart. I feared I'd be the only one to mention those.

A game that's like "From Dust" but on a much larger scale, possibly with buildings and stuff, but the main thing is the whole god deal, create and destroy, etc
Might I suggest Populous: The Beginning or Black and White then. From Dust takes a LOT of inspiration from both games.

This, definitely this.

Or maybe some other giant Mech game that has a similar style. All they make anymore are Armored Core type stuff which I can't take seriously at all. I just can't stand games where these 100 ton robots can skate across the ground or flit across the sky. It doesn't feel like you're piloting a giant steel-death machine in those games.

A fighting game with all the space marines (like Halo, DoW, Starcraft, Gears of War etc)

and watch them just beat the crap out of each other. And you know they will to, because they're SPESS MARINES!!!!!

On a more serious note, I can't really think of any, as the ones I would buy are coming out. Halo 4 and Star Wars: The Old Republic are all I want for the time being.

And also a game where the winning move IS to play.

Psychonauts 2
Kingdom Hearts 3
Oddworld: Strangers Wrath 2
A wild west mmo
A space combat game like Long Night of Solace from Reach
Steampunk samurais from the future
A game based on Samurai Jack

Assuming it was a release for a current console...

Shadow of the Collossus 2
Snowboard Kids 3
Shining Force
Phantasy Star 4 Rehashed (definetly not online)
Psychonauts 2 (OMG please yes)
Vampires the Masquerade: 3
Final Fantasy Tactics (on a new gen console).
Zoids
Monster Hunter or Monster Hunter MMO

Then anime based stuff,
Naruto MMO
Pokemon MMO
Digimon MMO
CCS/Tsubasa Chronicles

I think a Digimon MMO would probably work really well.

Painkiller HD

the exact same game but with a new engine so it looks, well fancy and high tech, none of this slightly upgraded crap, I want it to look pretty like Uncharted or Gears

Any game that was also a musical
Also if anyone knows of something like that that exists then please, tell me, that is to say... not guitar hero or whatever, a video game with a storyline and gameplay that has people sing songs or whatever in it...
