Games with a voice casting Dream Team

What games do you think have the best cast of voice actors? It can be either a game you think is very well acted and well performed, or a game that happens to have a lot of awesome people you're huge fans of playing characters.

I'm still thinking about my own answer, which is why I made the thread. So, what do you think, Escapists?

Portal 2. Ellen McLain, Stephen Merchant, and J. K. Simmons IS the dream team.

Red Dead Redemption was fantastically acted, and it appears LA Noire has the same thing going for it. I think GTA IV had some great voice work in it too.

Also, Portal 2. I just can't say no to J.K. Simmons's awesomeness.

AGH! Ninja'd. Seriously, every time Kain talks I get goose bumps and jelly organs when Raziel talks. Was kind of weird to find out they were both really old. Still, the voices! Like sexy-time butter for my ears. Yes, I know I'm rambling. Sorry about that.
