Games with Mapmakers

Crysis comes with Sandbox 2, an awesome map editor that lets you make not only your own multi-player maps (á la Far Cry 2), but also single player maps, campaings with custom events, custom cutscenes & dialouge... As a matter of fact, if you're skilled enough with coding (c++ etc), you can create an entire new game :3

Going to have to agree with Crysis editor.
There are some amazing things people have done with Sandbox 2.
Some pretty cool things they're working on, Stargate mod for Crysis? Yes please!!!
