If I remember correctly Ninja gaiden 2 had a breif view of a fully naked woman, view starts from behind and you can kinda make out vagina. Also Lunar legend on the sega, I think it was had nude photos of the female characters. And just for fun Spore since you could make penis shaped creatures. I think ctrl-alt-delete did a comic on it.
