I searched it and surprisingly, I found no results similar

With everyone talking about games being ridiculously overpriced, which games to you think actually are worth the full price tag? Ones that aren't total ripoffs?

So, pretty simple really, what games do you think are worth the full 60 or 50 dollar price tag. Or however much a new game is in your area.

Personally, I can only think of a few where I was completely satisfied with my 60 dollars spent and that was with MGS4, Oblivion, Assassin's Creed II and Demon's Souls

Note that this is not restricted to any console generation.

After about a minute of considering all the games I've bought..

Anything made by Bioware (Post Baldur's Gate)
System Shock 2
Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines (I didn't think it would be at the time, but I've now just finished replaying it for the... 5th or 6th time? So it qualifies)
Halo 1
Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne
Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3 and 4

Also, does this only include games that we actually bought for ourselves at the full price tag, or just a game that we can think of, if we knew then how good it would be that we know now, would pay the full price for it?

edit:
I got the Orange Box for 20$. 'Nuff said.
I think that was 30 when it first came out, and I bought it just for Portal. Definitely worth it.

double edit:
If you consider it to be worth the full price, then post it :D
Okay, time to add some then:

Zelda, Ocarina of Time/Majora's Mask
Super Mario 64/Super Mario Allstars
Pokemon (Blue and Gold)
Knights of the Old Republic 2
Neverwinter Nights 2
Fallout 3
Fallout 2
Fallout
Grim Fandango
Psychonauts (I purchased this twice for 60 dollars, and 5 more times between 10 and 30)
Deus Ex
Planescape: Torment

Assuming I could wipe my memory of these games, this would be the list of games I would write a letter to myself to play again, even if I had to pay 60 bucks for each one.

Orange Box (or any of the games individually)
Mass Effect 1/2
Dragon Age: Origins

NOT Assassin's Creed 2, not with that DRM

Fallout GotY edition was some nice bang for my buck, as was Dragon Age. MMOs actually offer a surprisingly large amount of play time vs. cash.

Castle Crashers (Roughly $15) - Played it for about 15 hours
Fallout 3 GOTY Edition (Includes all DLC) (Paid $70) - I'm at about 130 hours and still going
Modern Warfare 2 (Paid $65) - I'm at 14 days played and still loving it, I'm on 8th prestige.
Orange Box (I got it new, so it was about $40)

I guess it would depend on the amount of time I spent on them. It also depends on replayability so you could have a replayable short game or a non-replayable long game.

Mass Effect 2 would be the non-replayable long game for me. It took quite a while but I don't really have any will to replay it yet. So Halo 3 was worth the price because I spent a lot of time on it, and with mates.

Halo 3 ODST I'm not so sure about. Fable 2 to me is quite short AND zero replayability, but I bought it second hand so I'm kind of pleased. Assassin's Creed 2 is perhaps just under what I'd say was worth the full price. Mini Ninjas is what my gf suprised me with; she bought it at full price and it was alright to play through.. but again really short, easy and no replayability.. seemed a shame to spend £50 on it (That's like $70).

Well, RDR seems to be more than it's money's worth, what with the huge single and multi player games.

But there have been tons of others, Like Fallout 3, Just Cause 2, Dragon Age, Oblivion, etc, etc., and that's only recently.

Jagged Alliance 2 I bought this in 1999 and had to upgrade my pc and buy this thing called a graphics card. Worth every cent.
System Shock 2

Crimson Skies

Yes I am an old game elitist.

But also Dragon Age: Origins, Darwinia, and maybe Just Cause 2. (I'm not sick of it yet, and it's great for the kind of casual gaming forced upon working parents that I have to find time for.)
I should point out that there are plenty more that would qualify, but that I bought at bargain prices. Oh and they are mostly old games.

I didn't include that originally in my list because I thought the OP meant only games that we paid full price for, but BG 1 and 2 were bought for me as birthday presents so I didn't include them (though I would pay 60 dollars to get them again if I had to)

and why thank you for the compliment sir :)
