This, 15 playthroughs and counting, not including ones I got half way through and decided that their eyebrows werent up to snuff.TheCaptain said:Mass Effect, Hands down. For years now there hasn't been a time where there's not the "current Shepard". I'll always go back to that.
...and I don't even do much different between the various playthroughs.
You missed the multiplayer mod!Reaper195 said:Got that game on PC? Three mods, and that game is impossible to stop playing. Superman, unbreakable grapple rope, multiple grapple rope. YOU BECOME A GOOOOOOD!The Lazy Blacksmith said:Just Cause 2. Sure, it's repetitive, but you can stunt jump onto a car and proceed to chain the driver to the vehicle's rear bumper. What's not to love?
Alas, I'm a dirty Xbox-playing peasant, pale in comparison to the glorious PC gaming master race. There's been nights I've just fallen asleep slingshotting across roads. It's glorious and probably mentally unsound.Reaper195 said:Got that game on PC? Three mods, and that game is impossible to stop playing. Superman, unbreakable grapple rope, multiple grapple rope. Ironically, I also have it on the 360, and have only played the modded PC version on my flamtates computer. ot it for about four bucks in the Steam sales, and hope to eventually be able to play it above seven FPS when I get a better computer. The Lazy Blacksmith said:Alas, I'm a dirty Xbox-playing peasant, pale in comparison to the glorious PC gaming master race. Score one for the peasantry!Reaper195 said:Ironically, I also have it on the 360, and have only played the modded PC version on my flamtates computer. ot it for about four bucks in the Steam sales, and hope to eventually be able to play it above seven FPS when I get a better computer. The Lazy Blacksmith said:Alas, I'm a dirty Xbox-playing peasant, pale in comparison to the glorious PC gaming master race. The game is on GOG. You're welcome. Also, really, do try WoG - it's pretty neat. You can turn features on and off, to customise what you want. So, you can play the vanilla game, or make just some small tweaks[footnote]I ban the Water Walk and Summon/Scuttle Boat spells, as well as the boots of levitation, since I don't play on water maps, for example[/footnote], make giant changes[footnote][include new artifacts, a new neutral faction that replaces Conflux, new creatures, new game objects, new behaviour of old creatures, such as them gaining levels and so on[/footnote] or anywhere in between. Give it a spin, it's worth it. And, hey, you can just as easily turn it off, so nothing to lose. I like the fact that it fixes some useless skills to be, well, somewhat useful.Easton Dark said:Oh god yes. I never tried any mods, but Heroes III is probably one of my favorite games, strategy or otherwise, that I've ever played. God I wish it was on steam so I can stop doing that stupid disk install that doesn't work that well with Vista.DoPo said:Heroes of Might and Magic 3 (with the In the Wake of Gods mod) - Heroes has never left me. Without exaggerating, Heroes has been on a hard drive near me more than Minesweeper. At any one point, I can go and start a new game. I'm that accustomed that I don't need a "mood" or any "right feeling" or whatever.
While I've got you here, favorite race? I like Castle because the Archangels are death incarnate and the Marksman's double shot.DoPo said:Snip
Oh I like that one too. I just wish you could go through the early levels with all the unlocked stuff, because the spear is my favorite weapon.Pallindromemordnillap said:Spartan: Total Warrior. Lets you pick which mission you want to replay so you can just skip to your favourite bits. In my case thats the ones where you get to kill enough enemies to populate a small city in the underworld of your choosing
