Final Fantasy series. Why the fuck do they DRESS like that?

Final Fantasy 12 made me sad but i'm fine with all the other games.

Even 13, 10, 8, Legend (on the gameboy), 2(it's personal), Cristal Bearer, Crystal Chronicles, Chocobo Dungeon, Dissidia, Crisis Core, Crisis euh! The one on cellphone... You are still OK with all of those????

I'm also not the biggest fan of Halo and Modern Warfare 2 though I really liked the first Modern Warfare.

Finally Half-Life and Portal. Both Half-Life games bored me and I still don't understand why people all freak out about how awesome Portal is. I consider it a merely ok puzzle platformer that spawned a terrible, terrible meme.

Yeah, same taste here. It's more of a Bro-cult for Halo and MW1&2. There's nothing to worry about. Half-life never did anything to suck me in and I even said that i would play Pokemon Puzzle League over Portal.

Half Life 2. It may just be because I have The Orange Box on the PS3, but I just didn't find it very fun.

Hell, i would include Portal too. It's a nice puzzle game but it felt tedious after a hour. I would play Pokemon Puzzle League over Portal any day.

Of course you would. Because that game is awesome and everyone knows it.

Prototype. For a game that had you leaping over rooftops and fighting dozens of enemies hand-to-hand, the camera was waaaaaaaaaay too close to the character. And there is no way to make it zoom out. None. And I don't know if this is just because I'm on a standard-definition TV, but the game's text is kind of hard to read. And am I the only one who finds it odd how similar the game is to Spider-Man: Web of Shadows?

But I can't really call it a bad game, either. I just wasn't really in the mood for this type of game when I was playing it, and it looks like it could get more fun later on once you get the upgrades. Camera still sucks, though.

The fashion in Japan is weird. The more you look like a girl, the manlier you are to them. That's why some character gender is debatable. Hell, I still claim that Kuja is a Chick. Even for Japan, that's overkill.

Hmm, if I ever get an HD-TV, I think I'll give the game another go. I haven't really played Infamous, but I still see similarities between Prototype and S-M:WoS. For one thing, the story structure seemed very simalair. Both games begin after the infection has spread, and you get to play as an uber-powerful version of your character. Then they both flash back to before anything really happened, and the story is narrated by the character from the near-future. Further, I find some of Alex's attacks to be gorier versions of Symbiote Spidey's tendril attacks.

It depend if you love carnage and Kasady. (+5 if you get that pun)

Yup. Legend isn't a real FF game, just got slapped with the label to sell so I don't count it. I liked 13 and 10. 8 was the first I played so I enjoyed that as well. All the Crystal Chronicles games were awesome. I love Dissidia and my lvl 100 Zidane. Crisis Core was better than 7. There's no possible way I coulda played Before Crisis but it looked interesting nonetheless.

Gears of War, for me. I thought that the controls were solid and that many of the weapons were very creative breaks from your typical assault rifle-sniper rifle-pistol-shotgun set (the Hammer of Dawn comes to mind), but the games just never really clicked with me.

It's normal that it's start the same way. If you played a demo, you would see it's basically the first Overpowered Part. It's easier to do thing that way without spoiling the story. As for my TV, It's a HD-ready (Not full HD, it can only goes to 1080i and not full HD) 32'' flat screen and i got it for 500$ (worth 700$). If you can scrooge up the cash, do it.

Probably the majority of the Final Fantasy series. Always get bored a few hours in, don't really feel like continuing them after awhile, they kind of get dragged out. I really liked IV for some reason though.

8 was my first too but i always stop before the Time compression bit because i can't take the pain anymore. But for a In dept analysis of FF8, I will point you in the direction of Noah "The Spoony One" Antwhiler and his 2 hours review of the game.

I liked Bioshock. Just liked. But Bioshock 2's multiplayer is terrible. And in the story it just didn't feel like I was playing as a Big Daddy, prototype or not. Also waiting for the Little Sister to suck up adam while I puppy guard her wasn't a strong point of the game either.

Giants: Citizen Kabuto, the formula just doesn't sit right with me. One of my friends go pissed at me and didn't speak to me for nearly two weeks because I refused to play multiplayer with him.
