All pokemon red, blue, yellow, gold, silver, crystal, ruby and firered. All well over 100 hours.

World of Warcraft, Mass Effect 1 (and 2's only a few hours off it), Beyond Good and Evil, Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor (playing through for multiple endings), Banjo Tooie, Worms 2 and I'd bet I have on Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening too, back in the day.

There might be more from the N64/GCN era, but those are the ones I'm sure of.

Oblivion and Left 4 Dead.

Oblivion I got somewhere between 200 and 300 hours, Left 4 Dead I have 147 hours on my Steam Stats. Course, that's only from when they started publishing the stats. Would be a lot more than that.

The most recent I can think of is Fallout 3.
But I've definitely spent well over 100 hours, probably over 500 hours in Starcraft, Diablo II, Battlefield 1942, Unreal Tournament, UT2K4, Warcraft III...

And don't even go into X-Com or Jagged Alliance, heh. Let alone Master of Orion...

But yeah, I also have 21 days on my 'main' quake live account, so...that's 504 hours right there, not including my other accounts.

Hell maybe even League of Legends...lol.

It's mind blowing when you think of how all the hours of gaming add up...

For me, WoW with over 10 days, and I'm pretty sure oblivion too.

Erm...

I hate to say it, but I don't think I've ever spent 100 hours on a single game.

MAYBE Team Fortress 2, combining my PC and 360 times, but that'd probably be closer to 75 or something. Burnout Paradise, that's like 80 hours. Fallout 3, like 50. Kingdom Hearts, somewhere around 25.
