Lol, current PC standards. Sure. Keep dreaming.

Theoreticly PCs should kick ass but nobody develops strictly for that so the pc standard is laughable. The current warhorse is Witcher2 which doesnt look anything better then many console games.

Sorry, perfect world maybe pc would get some love. But pc graphics are overrated since nothing actually uses them properly. Might as well not even exist.
Current gen PC games aren't only about prettier graphics, it's also about scale. Look at Crysis 2 - compared to the first one's open world environment, it was a series of corridors punctuated by arenas. Why? Because the consoles' 512MB RAM could handle only so much while looking reasonably pretty.

There's a reason why current gen console will simply not be able run the original Crysis or the PC version of Battlefield 3 (which has bigger maps and 32v32 player support).

Shattered Horizon, ArmA 3, Total War: Shogun 2, X-Rebirth - all PC exclusives that fully utilize current and future gen hardware and will be impossible to port to consoles without being drastically reduced in one manner or other.

TW2 a warhorse? Please. I ran it on 4-year-old hardware (Dual Core, 2GB RAM, HD4350) and the only thing that bugged me was a case of texture-popping. But simulating 1700 AIs in a massive battlefield in ArmA?

Only on the PC.

OT: This is a stupid question, since the only answer is all of them.

Doesn't hurt to have a choice, eh?

You miss the point entirely. Have fun with Crysis 2? Was in the end all PC blockbuster showoff of its pedagree? Nope. The "consolization" or whatever you want to call it is a real phenomenon.

PC games are gimped by sad realities. Did you even read my posts? Consoles are in need of a next gen. And PC gaming is being pulled down with the rest of the herd.

Consoles are like a gocart track, smale scale but its designed for it.

High end PC. Like a racecar but you only get to use it in the driveway. Have fun with the wasted money/hardware.

Red Dead Redemption, Don't know who thought that would have been a good idea to not release it on PC, but he's obviously working in the wrong industry.

Halo 3 and Reach. ODST... Meh.
And Halo 4 and Combat Anniversary when they come out.

Seriously, the Halo games have great coop campaigns, something that's really needed on the PC (mainly for LAN).

Chrono Trigger!
All games up to ps2 generation are easily(Relatively) emulated with a decent computer. As long as you own the original game that is.
Yeah i played them using a disk-reading emulator. Plugged the PS1 disks in and away I went ^^/

My point is, FF8 had a PC *version*

Not something that needed to be emulated.

WHy not CC/Ct?

Killzone series. I like shooters sometimes, I just hate playing FPS with sticks.

In general the platform needs more games, not just ports. I haven't played any good, non-indie PC exclusives since..

..NWN2.

EDIT: Actually, Dawn of War II was pretty good (if a little repetitive).

All the Metal Gear Solids.

Also I heard the new Assassin's Creed Revelations won't be for P.C. which grinds my gears a bit.
