Because I bought it thinking I'd get a nice game about Solid Snake that made sense but instead I get whiny ***** Raiden and some convuluted crap with a vampire in it.

so, you bought it thinking you'd be playing with goatee-Schwarzenegger, but instead you got an actually deep character?

yes I did (though I never finished Metal Gear, Metal Gear 2, Ghost Babel and Guns of the Patriots)

I find Raiden a character who I can relate the most, which is why I consider him to be superior to Snake

I'm not saying that Snake is bad at all (Naked Snake is better than Raiden, if that sort of means something to you), but while I do find Solid Snake a good character, I just think Raiden is more like me (except for the whole child soldier thing he's got going on)

CoD 1. Not because I have much against that particular game, I just think the series should be retro-actively erased from history Terminator style. For the kind of douchebag it's created.

Final Fantasy X

Way to ruin the reputation of the series for a solid decade+.

really? that was the first FF game I played and I love it to pieces(exept for some truly horrible voice acting in a couple of scenes). The combat system was strategig and the story emotional and touching (almost cried at a couple of points) not much more you can ask for from a FF game

one game however that I'm trying to loathe out of existance is FF 13 (it wasn't a game just tape down the X button and the forward button and after a couple of hours of cutscenes(which should be recorded as some of the most beautiful CGI in viedogame history) you've)

P.S. a couple of people are mentioning FF7: dirge of cerberus. Am I the only person in the world that liked that game?(sure it wasn't great but it wasn't THAT bad, just average)

P.S.S. also mentioned somewhere is Kingdom Hearts. I love the series it mixes the light hearted Disney with the emotional story of Square Enix. although I will admit that not all of the games in the series are good (but none of them is truly bad) and the series has been inspiration to some of the most disdurping Fan-Fic I have read in my life
