I think Legend of Zelda, if done properly, would make a very good movie. Mortal Kombat if they would make it like FF7: Advent Children rather than live-action.

yeah i think warcraft3 mostly about Arthas and Thrall i think and maybe kael. besides that maybe diablo2 but you more or less need diablo 1 before that for it to make sence. another on i thought about just now looking through what games i had was maybe a fable movie or Titan Quest but those last 2 would probly be difficult to put in movire form seeing as your characters only are what you make them.

Problem with Warctaft being made into movie is that you need alot of the backround lore, meaning you had to go get Wc1 and 2. While its easier in a game cause you can go check in the internet or check the game manual, as a movie for the viewer it needs to be well explained or else many question pop up, and the viewer is left confused.

But anyway I would like to see a movie based in Half Life 1, not really needs to follow Gordon Freeman. Maybe based in Blue Shift or Opposing Force.

Left 4 Dead is actually pretty much a movie because how it starts out with the movie posters. xD

It would definately have to be a RPG game in order to make a movie out of it, or atleast have a good enough story line. Things like chrono trigger and final fantasy would be good.

I also say, make sure the movies are CGI. Trying to find real people that look like our favorite video game characters is just plain too hard. Besides, special effects and movement and the whole fantasy aspect is totally lost with real people

Aside from the fact that most game-based movies suck, and vice-versa, what would you like to see transformed into a movie masterpiece?

As of now, I can't really think of anything. But it'll come to me after I see some of you guy/gal's ideas.
