Morrowind is one I have bought twice. I had a used copy that was buggy. I bought a new one later when the Game of the Year edition came out.

I bought Batman: Arkham Asylum twice. Bought the old PC adventure game series Tex Murphy at least 3 separate times. Does Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 count as buying Marvel vs Capcom 3 twice?

I bought Morrowind three times, technically (once on Xbox and twice on PC when I lost my play disc)
lol - I also bought Morrowind three times :)
The first copy was just a normal boxed version of the game. I somehow managed to lose that while moving house so bought the GOTY edition. Then last year I bought it on Steam when I saw it in one of their sales - somehow completely forgetting that I already owned it :)

I've purchased, at my local EB Games, Deus Ex 1 six times. People kept borrowing them, and I was too impatient to wait for them to finish. So, now that everyone has given them back, I have six copies of the same game. I taped the covers up on my wall last week, they look pretty all in a row.

Of course, now I own it on Steam, so that's all over.

Well I can't find my Mass Effect 2 disc and that has made me really want to play it again, so looks like I'll have to buy it for a second time.

Besides that I've bought starcraft so many times I've lost count.

Team Fortress 2.

I bought twice. I deserve more hats, valve.
Come to think of it, I paid for that one twice, but only got one copy. I deserve a copy of TF2's worth of hats, Valve.

(Seriously. I bought it on its own during the Summer 2010 sale, and then I bought a copy of the Orange Box that Winter, but because I already had TF2 and Portal, the only thing I got out of it was the Half Life games. Not that I'm really complaining; I think I paid, like, $3 for those Half Life games, and less than $10 total even when you consider that I paid for TF2 separately. Still, they should have given me a giftable copy; digital distribution shouldn't work any differently on that front than hard copies.)

Getting more on topic, there have been plenty of games from this gen that I would gladly buy again if they were lost or stolen. Unfortunately, most of them are tied to a digital distribution account of some form or another, so "losing" them is pretty much impossible, unless the company goes belly up or just decides to ban me, in which case I've effectively been stolen from, but am probably out of luck for re-buying, too. Of the ones that I have in hard copy, I would definitely be willing to re-buy Galactic Civilizations II, but even that one is tied to an online account; Stardock used a really cool system where you don't actually need the CD key if you have the disc, but you can use it to tie a game to your Impulse account, which gave you automatic updates and the ability to download and install the game on any computer, regardless of whether you have the disc or not. The rest of the games from this gen that I've got in hard copy? I probably would not re-buy them. Oblivion is terrible compared to Morrowind and Daggerfall, and none of the other games I've got really "wowed" me to the extent they would need to for me to pay for them twice. I mean, just looking at my shelf, pretty much everything on it is either fairly mediocre, or too old to be considered current gen. I have no idea how that worked out; like I said, I've got plenty of great current gen games, they're just mostly on my hard drive, not my shelf.

Based on how much I've spent on the steam store.... I've bought Team Fortress 2 several times over.

Nexus the Jupiter Incident (bought twice)
Star Trek: Birth of the Federation (bought twice)
I-War (bought twice)
Baldur's Gate Saga (bought twice)

All of the above cases barring BotF were bought twice because I wanted them digitally; no more disc searching nonsense.

The ones I have which I would buy twice because they're just that damned good.

Shogun Gold, and Shogun 2.
X3: TC
Supreme Commander and Forged Alliance
Sins of a Solar Empire (those unity voice actresses...)

And finally, the ones I can't find but would buy again if I possibly could.

Space Hulk: Vengeance of the Blood Angels
Warhammer: Shadow of the Horned Rat

I'm not really a console gamer, but there are probably a few games on there that I'm-- AH! Yeah, Kingdom Under Fire and Ninety Nine Nights are two console games I'd buy again. KUF would actually deserve it. NNN because I was charmed despite its mediocrity.

Dead Rising
The first Halo
Soul Calibur (the original)

And let's not forget that Capcom got us all to buy Street Fighter 2 about 6 times.

I did buy Unreal (the original) twice, because the disc eventually developed a crack after 10+ years of storage.

I also bought Half Life 2 twice.

I learned my lesson about losing games awhile back so I haven't bought any in recent years but the ones I have bought twice were pretty f'ing amazing. I bought Starcraft 3-4 times, Warcraft 3 twice, Final Fantasy Tactics 3 times, Final Fantasy 7 twice, civilization 4 twice, Age of Wonders (I bought the complete set individually the first time then all at once the 2nd time), Brave Fencer Musashi, Majesty, Zelda: A Link to the Past, and finally Zeus Master of Olympus. I also repurchased a bunch of SNES games. If you haven't heard of any of these games make sure to either download them or purchase them from somewhere they are all great.
