I usually randomly boot up games, but right now the most playtime goes toward Civilization 5, World of Warships and System Shock 2. Variation is the spice of life and all that.

I'm not playing much lately. I finished Catherine recently and I'm playing the Colosseum mode with my girlfriend when she's over. And I've picked up on Minecraft once more as a fun time-waster while kinda doing something else. But I'm not playing a game "proper".

I'm thinking Bayonetta or Dishonored or inFAMOUS 2.

Playing SW:TOR, and also an early access on Steam called Sheltered. It's a fun fallout shelter survival game, highly addictive. I was playing Skyforge, but I stopped about a week ago. That's about it right now.

SOMA: It get's scarier the further you get into it. I breezed through the first few hours.

MGS5: Having a hard time with the +30 missions. I feel the game is drawing itself out. It could use one or two extra maps.

I'm playing Soma as well and enjoying it quite a lot. To be honest I haven't been intrigued this much by a game's storyline since..Silent Hill 2 maybe? :p Soma unravels concepts about humanity and reality that are quite a bit scarier than any 'traditional' horror I've seen in other games. The setting is deeply isolating and tense but it actually becomes scarier(or atleast, unsettling) the more you contemplate what it all means.

The gameplay is more or less the same 'cat & mouse' you've seen in other games of the kind but really it's the atmosphere and storyline that draws you in. Soma really elevates this to the next level. Once you start playing you just can't stop exploring that abandoned installation on the bottom of the atlantic ocean(and no, this ain't Bioshock :p) and unraveling it's many secrets.

Also playing MGS5 still and Dark Souls 2: SotFS.

Well, Liam-Senpai made MGSV look really good, and I have all the previous Solid games, so I'm forcing my way through those. Love the little bits of attention and silliness thrown in, and the overall atmosphere. The gameplay is alright, but I just hit what I assume is the end of MGS2. Not only was it confusing, trying to push so much on me at once that I had to turn it off and process it, but the ending cutscene is SO FUCKING LONG. So I skipped most of it, I'll watch it on Youtube instead. So I guess I'm playing Snake Eater for the PS2 right now. Oh and my MGS for the PS1 disc dies right after the first fight with Ocelot so I had to watch a playthrough instead.

On PC I just started a Minecraft world which is exciting for me because I took a two year hiatus from the game.
Also since the Zaibatsu is playing the aforementioned MGSV I got on some kind of Kojima kick and am playing ZOE HD for the PS3. I don't really care for the port, but hey, free silver trophies for doing almost nothing. Plus since I had the originals I traded in The Second Runner and I got more than what I paid for the HD disc.

On the side I have Dead Space 3 that I'm not really enjoying, and I have Mass Effect 3 sitting by my TV because it's been a year and I haven't finished it and I keep meaning to. I also have Hard Reset and KOTOR on PC but I've kind of lost interest in finishing up Korriban due to all the red tape and bureaucracy.

Just finished Killer is Dead though, and that was pretty interesting. I found the controls lacking but I was a fan of that train level.

I recently bought Shadow of Mordor (Welcome to one year ago, idiot!) and Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flags (Welcome to two years ago, idiot!). I'm playing through AC4 right now and am having a blast, with my only complaint so far being a bit too many tailing missions.

I played a bit of SoM and really loved what I played so far as well, but I'll continue that after AC4 as I'm currently addicted to that.

Darkest Dungeon at the moment. Everything I want in an RPG: Punishing difficulty, sanity effects, expendable characters and awesome boss monsters. (and I really do not see why so many people are pissed about the persistent corpses or heart attacks)

1 week till the cove dungeon comes out.

Posting On The Escapist When You're Supposed To Be Paying Attention To The Lecturer is a fun one. Alternatively, what about Company Of Heroes 2?

Right now mostly Metal Gear Solid V, One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3(Japanese edition, cause who has the money to repurchase a game so they can understand it?), and Maji de Watashi ni Koishinasai! S.

Pretty much just waiting until Fallout 4 and Dragon Quest Heroes gets released.

Correct punctuation and grammar in the English language is too hard for our poor ickle brains!

(Apologies if English is not your first language but in that case it pays to be extra careful. You could be inadvertently insulting someone. Oddly you correctly punctuate the titles of games...)

Anyway, I'm not actively playing anything with the aim of completion at the moment. I've been on a little break from Rune Factory 4 but I've been dropping in and out of some old classics. I would like to play through the Corpse Party fangames some time though.

The game that's been eating all of my time lately is Evolve. Seriously this game is fucking awesome! Just broke 350 hours in it, and I'm steadily climbing the ranks as both Hunter and Monster. I made it to Silver 2 as Monster recently, and I need ONE more victory as a Hunter in the ranked mode to rank up to Silver 2 as well. Also occasionally get enough of my friends online for us to get a full set of 5 people together and we rotate out who gets to play Monster, and sometimes play through an Evac campaign together with all of us on Skype. Shenanigans ensue.

Seriously give this game a look. Its a TON of fun.

Just bought Shadowrun Hong Kong so I'll be playing that for the next few days, possibly with some Killing Floor 2 mixed in.

Mainly milling about with random matches of Town of Salem, War Thunder, World of Warships, and Star Conflict (it's like War Thunder...IIIINNNN SPAAAAAAACE! kinda liking it)

need to get back to recording Shadowrun: Dragonfall for my youtube, but waiting till I publish the last couple videos from the last stream of it I did. Also finally started Wolfenstein: The New Order, and I'm thinking of doing a bunch of horror games on my livestreams next month, like Amnesia (still haven't played it D:) thinking of picking up SOMA on the first, things like that. So yeah, I'm pretty much all over the place at this point.

SuperMarioMaker.
That's it really...

My gaming mood has been really negative after like July and I just didn't enjoy any of my favorites, SmashBros, MarioKart and Splat00n. No idea why, maybe I played too much? But MarioMaker changed that, enjoying it a lot to be honest, it's different to what I normally play. Maybe I just needed a change of scenery.
