-Half Life 2. People act like it's Jesus' second coming or something. We get it, the game was awesome when it came out. I played it and didn't like it much but whatever. Now, can we please shut up about it? It's not the best thing ever. Sorry to break it to you.
-The Walking Dead. I don't like the show so I don't wanna play the game! I'm sure it's probably good and some people are obsessing over it. That's fine. Can you guys just lay off now?! The more I hear about it, the less I wanna play it!
-CoD. Okay, the game is good. I like it, I'll admit it. But it comes out every year and every year people make a bigger fuzz about it. Just calm down; if you don't buy it right now, you can probably get it in a couple of months way cheaper. Or wait for the sequel next year.
-Final Fantasy VII/HD Remake. Look, I admit FFVII was revolutionary in the same way HL2 was. And hey, I love me some Final Fantasy. But Square-Enix is just not gonna do it. Not gonna happen. They have their dumb reasons, I'm sure. (I just worry they're not making enough profit when they have all the weapons needed to make profits!). And FFVII is not the best FF game EVER. I'll admit I didn't like it much but let's be honest; it's not the one and only good FF game out there.
-Mass Effect. You know, the games are...good. But between the ranting about ME3's ending and the fanboys' dreams about Shepherd and his/her companions, it gets on my nerves. And where are we at right now with this game? Do we love it or do we hate it? I mean, HL2 is "loved" by the fans, right? But ME3? isn't it hated on because of the ending? So why are we still talking about it? Or are we talking about it because we secretly like it but don't wanna admit it?
I'm sticking to Dragon Age, thank you very much.
PS: No, do not try to prove me wrong. This thread is about what games WE are tired of hearing about, not "Start a debate about a game" thread. It's my opinion, respect it.
Just felt like that needed to be said. *Sigh*
