I've had Mass Effect for 2 weeks and I don't know if I can still return or exchange the game. Which one can I do?

Have you opened it? Probably. You might still be able to exchange for equal or lesser value.

Why don't you call up your local GameStop and ask them yourself? That should have been the first thing you did.

But, anyway.
You'll definitely get some store-credit if you trade it in. If you live in the US, I think they're running a +50% value on Trade-ins tonight if you put it towards Final Fantasy XIII.

After One week you are screwed. If it was new you are screwed, unless you didn't open it.

If it's open, it can only be exchanged for the same item.

It it's not open, it can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.

Either way, you must have a receipt.
