Just for a different opinion. I like gamestop. Sure they are just as corrupt as any major corporation, so why bother caring, it won't change.

I love their try a used game for seven days policy to see if you like it. Who else does that?

I have a friend who always takes picture of those serial keys with his camera phone. He just does it out of principle, and to feel rebellious, and has yet to use a single one of them.

I still call him a dick when he does it, however.

Do what we do here in Sweden, keep the DVD and CDkey on the manual behind the desk. This means if anyone want to steal a game they will have to rob the store.

Why stores still don't have this as a practice is beyond me. As I'm being Cpt Obvious when I state that this is better.

I bought supreme commander box set for the PC from gamestop brand new. It didnt have a manual or CD keys and he told me I wouldnt need them when I mentioned this. I was doubtful and low and behold I did need them. When I went back to the shop they said they couldnt replace it and they asked if there was anything else I wanted. I said only my money back and went home and bought it off the internet. I almost never go into gamestop unless nowhere else has what im looking for.

EDIT: forgot the stop

I wonder if anyone here actually realizes that Gamestop doesn't sell USED PC GAMES
If you see a box that has been tampered with, what inclines an individual to buy it, I for one wouldn't.
