As an addendum, and after observing what I actually say, I've come up with a few more:
"Congratulations... you've officially started to p%*#$ me off!" (When an opponent has gotten the best of me one too many times)
"BAM! And the scum was gone." (A victory over an easy opponent, a reference to a cleaning commercial)
"All right She-B$*@h, let's go!" (Blood quote for renowned opponents)
"Pacem, friend... pacem." (Because nothing annoys an already flustered opponent like calm, even Latin.)
