Why, oh why do non gamers think that video games are childish?

It really grinds my gears. I'm fed up explaining to people that games like Gears, Dead Rising etc are NOT made for kids (although the little shits play them)!

Nice Family Guy quote...I think older Generation ppl see it has a way of being isolated from the world, they dont understand that this is the new way to meet and socialize with people.

Seconded. If they think you're being childish, let them bask in their ignorant bliss. I couldn't care less if my friends think I'm being childish for chilling out on a game.
