We've all come across them in games where you think to yourself "did they really just say that?!"
What I'm talking about is the huge clangers that some games drop, like funny coincidences and subtle innuendo. Whether or not they are put in intentionally doesn't change the fact whenever you see them they are hilarious.
I've got a few that I remember vividly.
Magic Mushrooms - Mario/Zelda
oops Nintendo?
Cheap Hoe - Rune Factory
The first tool you get in the game is named cheap hoe.
Unfortunately you don't get the job class pimp if you collect more hoes.
Possibly the worst clangers I've ever heard (as there was VA) were in Luminous Arc and the innuendos were voiced by the Witch Vanessa:
"Hey, let me give you something nice.. close your eyes *wink* "
oh really?
"If you were my Rym, we could do...
so many things together... "
Rym (pronounced rim) were the names of the battle partners to the witchs.
"Come on Alph, why fight it? become my rym..."
PEGI thought it was suitable for 7 year olds.
Share some of the others you've heard.
