Gaming Damage...

Two controllers and a PSP. All went the same way, flying across the room as the inner hulk in me came out. Cheap ps2 knockoff controllers make a mess after their airborne trip. Did not miss them, they were cheap and crap anyway.

My PSP was more painful as I actually liked it, but my affection for it was forgotten in a moment of rage and off it went for a one way flight to broken. Still have it in a draw, I hope the magical PSP pixies fix it at some point.

When I got a Gameboy Color my Pocket ended up getting smashed on the drive-way...and I regret not keeping it...I could have taken it apart or done something productive with the thing.

No, you couldn't have. I kept mine, and it's just been sitting under piles of cords and empty cases for things the entire time.

Although maybe one day they'll be really rare and I can sell it to a collector or something. But with my luck...

my Computer headsets structural Integrity is entirly supplied by black gaffers tape, now.

Both earpieces would loosely dangle on wiring otherwise, every few weeks i strip it off and rewrap it to keep it tight.

The fake-leatherish apolstery on the earmuffs is also disintergrating after years of close proximity to my greasy head, and commonly flakes off into my ears... kinda gross.

A tendency to drop game peripherals. The X button on my primary PS3 controller is a little stiff, I think because I dropped it so much. I've also dropped my PSP and DSs several times along with many controllers. I have also had 3 DS lites, all of which have had the shoulder buttons break. I tried to be very careful with my DSs but they always break, though I think it's a manufacturing problem since I've seen allot of complaints on the internet about the exact same problem.

None lost to rage. I broke my brand new PSP the day after I got it because I was playing it while plugged in; I stood up, it slipped out of my hand, and smacked of the corner of the Coffee table shattering the screen.

Cant say that I have destroyed anything because of a game. I dont see the point is getting pissed off about a video game and hulk smashing stuff. It just seems so childish and idiotic. I think those who do have some serious anger issues that they need to work out and playing games that piss them off is probably an extremely bad idea.

This, basically. If I even get slightly annoyed by a game that i'm playing i'll just turn it off and play something else.

I'm quite good at remaining calm and have never broken anything in rage. Normal wear and other usage related factors are another matter entirely...

I've gone through my share of N64 controller sticks, ruined keyboards and non-responsive mice.

ive broken a ps2 controller, threw a 360 controller at a wall, snapped discs in pieces, shot shitty games with a pellet gun and threw a hamburger at my tv haha

I occasionally get a bit pissy, but the most I've done is pop a battery out of the controller for gripping it extremely tightly after something stupid.

From gaming? Nothing. Never even punched/slammed anything without causing damage. Cussing is as far as I go for venting.

Every time I throw my controller out of rage, it is on my beanbag chair or onto the couch.
Every single time I go to throw something, my brain instantly stops me by yelling "HEY NOW, U MADE NOW, U GONNA BE WORSE WHEN YOUR CONTROLLER IS ALL BUSTED AND SHIT"

Killed my first gameboy colour by dropping it in a deep puddle. I nearly broke a playstation by yanking at the controller too hard and pulling it down, which ruined the memory card. There's a number of discs I managed to damages. However none of these are recent at least!

Fell on top of my friend's controller once, made the R2 button a bit temperamental so I ended up using that one for our all night game-fest. Wasn't too bad honestly...

Never deliberately broken anything in anger though, especially over a game...
