Is it just me or is it that, if a popular kid in a school gets pretty much ANY game and he thinks it's good, every one else (apart from sport addticts who don't play games) thinks it's suddenly the greatest game in history? I'm thinking of this beacause in my year (thats 'grade' to americans) every one pretty much looks up to this midget and he says the PS3 is the greatest console known to man and whoever questions that will be bullied, and that CoD WaW/CoD 4 are the greatest games known to man and whoever questions that will be bullied. He relly is trying to get people to play Nazi Zombies with him all the time.

One of the worst parts about this is that he REALLY hates people who think that there's more to life than playing Nazi Zombies all night on the PS3. Acually, the saddest part is that he thinks the 360 is unbelivebly crap and all the games for it, he just hates every single game he hasn't tried. (yes, he thinks CoD games on the 360 is crap to)

Once, he was talking about there should be a game thats all about Nazi Zombies. I very much regret telling about Left 4 dead beacasue now pretty much me, every other game in the world apart from the top 2 CoDs and the 360 are hated.
So do you think if one popular kid in a school always brags about a console or game, it pretty much becomes a PS3/CoD school?

P.S I have a 360 if you hadn't already guessed
P.P.S thank GOD no one in my year knows about this website

Meh. No. You see, I am no longer 12 years old, so there isn't such things as "popular kids".

Nope. I've seen bias at my friend's school where they only play shooters and bash any game that requires thinking. Of course, I'm using my friend's school as an example because there aren't that many gamers at my school.

Well, the other day my friend let me borrow inFamous and I played it most of the night, had a fair bit of fun. The next day I rented Prototype and had an absolute blast with it and I think it's better than inFamous in my opinion.

So today at school I was telling my friend about how I enjoyed Prototype more, then he starts saying how Prototype must be worse than inFamous because Prototype has bad graphics and animations and such, and ignores me whenever I say that I had more fun with Prototype. Oh he hasn't played Prototype yet either, which made me laugh.

I think I got a bit off-topic here, I'm not sure, I just joined earlier.

There will always be popular kids, what are celebs if not the adult version of the 'cool kids' crowd.

Doesn't stop most of them being twats though just like back in school.

Yeah I know where you are coming from OP.

I've had a situation kind of like this but with a "popular" girl playing a game.

Them - "OMG She is sooooo hot! She plays video games all night and she is so hot and omg...I want a console now so I can play and flirt with her."
Me - "But I've been playing video games for over 10 years and I just know for a fact I could kick her but without any problem yet you drool over her like there is no tomorrow? I don't get it."
Them - "......." *shun*
Me - See ya later guys! *wakes*

Hes a popular midget bully?
This was my first thought too...
Show him a pc, shot him the dead body of a Treyarch employee (you can borrow mine) then smack him so hard his brain comes out his ear.

All the popular kids in my school are the ones who are good at sport.

Thank god I'm not a fatty.
What?

Popularity is over rated. Once school is over people like that tend to struggle to find themselves without the ego boost that was highschool.
Umm. Last time I checked, intelligent friends were a good thing. Too bad most of mine are douches, fun to hang around though.

And my ego is the size of the sun.
