Have you ever played something for such a long amount of time, that your head just burst a vessel, and you get a brain-busting headache, or gotten so frustrated for such a long time with a game, that it caused the same effect?

My most recent would be today with Mass Effect, going in on my second playthrough, just bought/downloaded the 2 DLCs for it, and playing as a renegade sentinel. Played it for about a good 7-8 hours today, and I want to keep going, but ahh...my brains! @ - @

Oh yeah. A lot of the time when I can't quite figure out where I'm supposed to go, or how to get somewhere, and I'm looking around a lot (in a 3D game) my head will start to spin.

Does bashing your head against the wall count?

Does having my RA come in and make me turn my Xbox off while playing Gears online because I'm being, "Too loud and vulgar" count?

Does not happen often for me, but after playing a game for a while it feels like something is trying to split my head in half. Hurts pretty bad actually, but goes away fairly quickly as well.

I remember my mate got a Wii for his birthday so me, him and two other guys spent the night giving that thing one hell of a christening. In the time we played brawl alone it took up 8 hours (We also spent time dicking around making miis and playing that wii sports game) andwe hardly got any sleep. I was going to see a movie with another friend the next day but I had a splitting headache, I felt like I was going to throw up and I had to always avoid looking at any bright lights for fear that I actually would throw up. So I had to ring him up and we decided to just spend the day at my place, barely moving and avoiding bright lights and loud noise. Mind you I just kind of staved it off in the space of a day, proving that I NEVER let that shit beat me.

I can get these kind of headaches without any television sometimes. It only last about 5 seconds but it's really disorienting.

Nope. I know people who claim they have, but honestly it just sounded like a stress headache.

Yeah, but normally it's coupled with several hours of consecutive gaming, nicotine, and sometimes caffeine. If I were just gaming, I'm sure it wouldn't be so bad.
