Ive recently become addicted to the music "The Passing Of The Blue Crown" after I heard it at the end of "Extra Credits"

What Game music do you like and what would you recommend I lend my ear too?

Anything from Zelda.

End battle music for the Metroid Primes (I played 2 and 3, they had great battle music).

Mass Effect 1 and 2 has great music at all times.

PORTAL (thats a given though)

Well...music from JRPGs in general tends to be made of win, especially anything from Nobuo Uematsu or Yasunori Mitsuda.

Mega Man music is also off the wall awesome too. So many catchy tunes, especially the music from the X series.

If you want head banging awesome though, mr Diasuke Ishiwitari makes some kick ass tunes. He's the one who did Guilty Gears and Blazblues music.

Lately though I've been rocking out to the Ys soundtracks. Awesome mix of metal/rock and classic music. It's like Zelda Hard core and if link had a band following him just off screen.

Most of the music in Japanese games is really good, though there are some memorable tracks from the west. Final Fantasy, Chrono Trigger, and Legend of Zelda all had good music. Killer7 has some of my favorite music from a game ever:

Pretty much any iconic Main Theme arranged well is something that I can listen to and take seriously at the same time.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. SoC and CoP, first for slow ambient music second for more actiony music, CoP end credits music is on of the greatest end credits songs I have ever heard.
Hitman:Blood Money, Vegas,Night Time In New Orleans.
Mirror's Edge, music was the reason I bought the game.
