Gaming Tattoos

not sure if this should be in here or off topic but it seemed relevant here. my friend was talking to me the other day about getting a sleeve tattoo of his gaming heros... one of which was yoshi... but oh well. was basically wondering what you guys thought would make a good gaming related tattoo be it logos, characters or whatever.

edit: if you don't like tattoos/think they're bad an for smelly people etc. then this thread ISN'T FOR YOU! i don't want to discuss whether tattoos or bad or not, but if you have an idea for good ones... go ahead!

i have a tattoo of batmans logo, not really a gaming tattoo but i get why people would have a tattoo of fictional characters that have had an role in their lifes or are of great importance to them.

personally i would say a abe tattoo would be awesome, first of abe is an awesome, dark and funny looking...thing, and the game (oddworld: abe's oddysee) is a graphical update away from beating most new games out there, and if you dont know the game its actually on sale on steam this weekend, i think its about 2 euros.

A big no-no in my books. Games move too fast to provide any sort of worthwhile reference and ultimately you're left with a corporate mascot permanently emblazoned on your arm.

I'm all for tattoos and have one myself, but i draw the line at names, words and pop-culture references.

A friend of mine got the Oblivion gate symbol tattooed on their arm. I don't believe in tattoos, but, if I had to get one, I would get the giant monkey head from Monkey Island, q-tip and all.

Same. If I were to get a tattoo, it'd be that or the Assassin's symbol from Assassin's Creed. Not just because it's game-related but also because it looks good in and of itself.

That is so cash. I'd get a gaming tattoo sure, I mean, tattoos are supposed to mean something right? I've been gaming for about 20 years so I think that counts.
