Gaming Terrets?

So I was walking to my next class in school and I overheard a conversation between 2 girls behind me. One girl was talking about her boyfriend cussing at her and being generally angry while playing a game and the other girl responded, " Well, most guys develop terrets when they play games."

So, a question to all you escapists; do you think gaming makes you more angry and will usually, in turn, cause you to cuss more?

It makes me angry when people intrude on my personal time and space to ask inane questions.

Other than that, I'm not normally angry as a result of games, sometimes I just want to escape for a little though, and some people won't let me.

Tourettes.
and I think it stems from frustration from something in the game. It happens but is not directed at anyone

EDIT: not directed at the people around you

What the hell is a turret? I've never heard of it before.
And, no, gaming does not cause me cuss at all. Some of my damned schoolmates cause me to cuss more!
Also this--
FIRST!
[small](We are not liable for any deaths that may come about from that)[/small]
EDIT: Oh, Tourettes! Sorry, yeah, I've heard of that.

Sometimes. Depends on how frustrating the game is. For the most part, gaming keeps me calm, and in a good mood, but certain games really get under my skin, and I've been known to rage out and yell various flavors of profanity at the television.

It's damned hard to spell when everything on the internet tells me otherwise..

I cuss more when I'm driving. Online I get 'gaming gay', the penis references just flow from my mind.

I only pointed it out because the context implies something else entirely. But don't sweat it. The English language is a ***** when it comes to spelling and being overall logical

Only when I play with hackers, little kids with mics who have no idea what so ever of how to play the game, and mingebags (I think that's how it's spelled.)

If it's multiplayer online I don't seem to have any of those problems but if its a LAN I usually devolve into unintelligible blabber but it's not really towards anyone and I'm not violent anyway.

It can be annoying when a certain girlfriend decides that she doesn't want me playing anymore and turns off My Xbox...

Angry face.

Yes and no. It probably does cause me to get annoyed and swear when I can't see a way forward, especially when it's due to poor level design (looking at you Prey). However things like Black books and Bill Connelly stand-up have a much worse effect than gaming.

It's not angry, but when I'm gaming I forget other people are there and talk to myself. It weirds my friends out, they think I'm talking to them lol.

I get annoyed when people ask me obvious questions when I'm playing a game.
Things like: "Are you using an axe?" during L4D2 or "Is that a tank?" whilst playing MW2

I like cussing because it is fun, not because I play games.

That said, I consider myself a very reserved and passive individual. Aggression is not my banner, with or without games.
