GDC 2009: GDC's Most Awkward Moment

Shouldn't this be filed under "what happens at GDC stays at GDC"?

I really fear putting one of my inner tirades out to the general public one day, even though I usually fare well enough during presentations. The guy must've felt absolutely atrocious right after.

I absolutely admire the fact that he managed to do the technical bit anyway after all that.

And as a programmer I'm really curious about that technical bit now. You're a real tease Susan.

Wow. I can honestly say I've never had a speaker talk about what a loser they were before giving their presentation. Usually the problem I have is that they think they're too awesome, and they won't shut up and leave after the fifth straight hour of rambling.
