Gears 2 skimmped on multiplayer bots?

ok what im saying is when i got gears 2 nov 7 i said screw story for now and went right for horde with my freind. To my dismay there were no bots in horde to fill in remaining 2 spots does this happen to everyone or just me and is it fixable?

Its like that, you cant have bots on horde. But horde is beatable with three people, easy.

I got to level 15 on insane with just two people.

We didn't know you were supposed to have more. Made when we finally hit the campaign a bit of a letdown. Oh, restricted to hardcore? Ok... Wait... Horde was way harder!

Campaign down in 8 hours. Disappointing, to say the least. We should have done that first before we trained ourselves to dominate.

Ok just needed to make sure i am only doing with 2 people and im currently on wave 11 on insane but if you get right down to it it doesnt make since that they didnt have bots in horde

Bots in horde would have ruined the game. Its all about teamwork and communication between the 5 (or less) players. You can't communicate with the bots, they'd really just be in the way.
