Anonymous has absolutely no focused strong power in the real world, but are ephemeral and can't be nailed down. Gene Simmons does, however, and a few notable hackers are more than likely to get slammed, but it's almost pointless to fight them. It's like trying to dry up a lake with a magnifying glass.

This is pretty much how I feel about it as well. Anonymous is pretty much the Alpha Legion from Warhammer 40K. Hell even their symbol is a hydra. "Cut one head off and two more will replace it." You just can't win against something like that. They are all over the place and honestly, you can't get rid of them all at once.

Since this is Gene, I'm going to assume American law system. That means that when he sues in a civil suit, which is different than the criminal suit, his award is determined mostly by the jury of peers. So, in other words, the average person walking down the street will grant him the means to take all the thief possesses and not the judge or lawyers. So, it really isn't a repossession, just a guaranteed trip to bankruptcy; most states let you keep your house and car.

Take out internet altogether. Better than seeing something great being taken over by thugs, just let it burn and redesign it. Sure the same thing will happen, spoiled assholes will always abuse freedom but we can't let them take it over and ruin it for everyone.

Or just cut all the heads off at once, but that may cause some legal issues. Plus if you can find out who they are, it's probably better to just disable all internet and electricity to they're home rather than murder them....maybe.

I'm not overly fond of either side but Anonymous is certainly the lesser of two evils, Gene's statement alone makes me root Anonymous. Unwarranted sense of self importance if I ever saw one, guy needs to take his ego down a notch or 20.
