Cool, you go first, I'm sure it will catch on.derelix said:This whole species should just take a cyanide pill.
First sensible thing I've seen you say, too bad the whole Gene Simmons story has, oh, spread over into the real world making Anon's actions effective, even if they aren't paradigms of virtue. You think everyone knows because you spend so much time online, but most really don't know what's going on with the music industry. Most just see pirating as stealing, talk to real people (not people online) and you will see what I mean.
Also, where is the major battleground between the record industries and piracy? Oh, the internet.
Showing the corporations and the governments how little they understand the internet, may make them think twice about throttling it.
Honestly though, isn't piracy, myspace, last.fm, spotify etc. EXCELLENT for music? Not for the industry as a corporation perhaps, but for music fans, who want to listen to new, exciting music without paying ridiculous amounts for music they may not end up liking (Albums with one good song are far too common.)
A middle ground between piracy and corporate domination is exactly where we should be.

Fuck Gene Simmons, and in the long run, fuck anon, but for now they're making a buzz about an important issue.
