I'd rather avoid fostering my hate by priming it.

I'd rather find the positives in what I hate, then reward myself when I think positively about what I hate. And find links and associations between positive things and what I hate.

That is a very curious response. I deal with my anger and hate by realize why I hate, then come to terms with it. I deal with my emotions. The result is that, in the end, there is very little I hate. And the few things I do hate, I honestly can't justify from a reasoned perspective. Thus much of my hate is archaic and learned through time. Wasting my time hating things subconsciously that my conscious self don't see a reason to, is something I don't want to do.

I'm going to humbly assume you got annoyed at me, and resolved to using passive aggression. I apologize for that, as I never intended such. However, I believe you do have a very uninformed view of who I am, judging from your reply.

I am not getting annoyed at you I just know everyone hates something and that is normal and that to be mentally healthy you need to get angry once in a while and let it out in a constructive manner (I am also a pacifist).

Music:
-Grindcore heavy metals;
-Justine Bieber;

-nickelback (im glad for my portuguese friends trowing him a water bottle... i mean it was a goddam rock concert... what the hell where they even doing there!?);

Movies:
-Overhyped movie, with horrible stories and actors, and getting overpopularized by shrieking little girls and sadly boys (i.e. Twilight).
-Everythings from that guy that made Transformers...
-Star Wars 1, 2, and mostly 3 (i loved the clones tough... the only thing i liked);
-George Lucas later works... Dude...what drug are you on by now?
-Hollywood "remakes".... why do they even try? They cant make anything right...
-Nowdays generic terror movies... you just cant beat the classics... one word of advice... stop using so much CGI effects!!!! theyre ruining the experience...
-Saw movies... I only liked the first one, because it was a good movie with a good twist... the sequels of it are just ways to make more money, by showing "new traps" in each movie... theres not even a decent story anymore... just traps and a crapload of CGI effects by now...
-M.Night.Shyamalan or whatever his name is.... i mean trees? really? and firebenders needs fire to use fire? thats stupidly retard and not accurate accordind to the series!!!

Bioshock, it sucks. It's got plot and atmosphere, but nothing else. If that's all you want play HL2 which is just as good in those regards and the gameplay is 1000 times better. Granted that's still only makes it mediocre there, but that's a lot better than shit on a stick absolutely terrible, a bar Bioshock failed to make.

The games aren't good, and the fanboys have their heads so far up their asses that they refuse to admit that any game with a "V" on it has a flaw.

My point was that the bull-headed Valve fans I am referring to would, without question, say that anything remotely associated with Valve is automatically the greatest thing ever.

no they wouldn't you hear people who like steam rag on hl2 fairly often (theres like 100 threads on it) similarly there's dislike for css (i personally hate this aswell) even the newly proposed dota2 has valve fanboys riled up. Now i won't deny that a large section of the fanbase bums most games (except l4d2 which people dick over all the time) but their right to, their heavily supported and well made games. Sure they might not suit YOU personally but most valve games can be given a fairly good rating without people really being surprised.

First off, this is a "I hate" thread. I'm supposed to say what I dislike. I dislike Valve. They have horrible scheduling, release games at random, sporadic intervals, and I find their games shitty. That's my opinion. That's why I don't like them.

Secondly, I said in my post (The first one, that is) that it wasn't always the case and I was making a generalization. I know not all Valve fans are like that, but I also know plenty of people who never stop talking about how god-like all of their games are.
