Hmmm. I would recommend Final Fantasy XII, and X as well based purely off the gameplay. X may throw you off a bit though, Tidus can be a bit of a *****.Fappy said:- Good JRPGs, fun combat mechanics/good story/non-bitchy manchild protagonist
I hear good things about Rogue Galaxy, the Persona series, and the .Hack games. Odin Sphere is apparently phenomenal.
Rachet and Clank, Jak and Daxter - both 3rd-person shooters/platformers. 1st Rachet game is kind of clunky, just an FYI, but it gets a HELL of a lot better.- Really good platformers! I realize that there are plenty of good platformers for the PS2, but I have enough 1st party Nintendo games. If you suggest a platformer it had better be fucking phenomenal
Soul Calibur and Tekken - the former if you're into more "techy" fighters. You may also want to check out the Bloody Roar franchise, I forget if Primal Fury was released on PS2 but if it was, check it out.- Fighting games, this is a weird one I'll admit. If there are any classic fighting games a fan of the genre must have lay it on me
Resident Evil 4 (PS2 edition best edition- Action/Adventure, there are plenty of these so feel free
