I have a tattoo of my favourite comic strip from when I was younger. All hail Calvin and Hobbes!

Don't get a tattoo if you're not sure yet. I've toyed with the idea for years and never taken the plunge because I've never been totally sure. Plus I know quite a few people that only have one (or have a few but regret the first one) and the reason is they didn't think ahead more.

Even now I've got this great design I drew up that I've sat on for years to go on my right calf muscle and every other month I say "yeh I'l go and have a word with the guys at scribe about how much it would be" (scribe is a shop near me that's done all my piercings) but I always stop myself because I'm not totally sure I want that design.

Ive got my 3 spirit guides on my back, got it when i finished my degree to mark my teenage years. Its a ghostly image of a wolf with blue eyes, a bear cub with browny orange eyes and a falcon with green eyes. its very personal to me and its all in grey except for the shading and the eyes. Dont know how it helps you but hey, go on a spirit guide, thats what i did.
Also, that's actually a great idea.
I'd consider myself a spiritualist (in the sense that I like the idea of it, and it seems more plausible to me than organised-religious approaches) and all that, but I've never looked into the whole spirit guide stuff.
Well I went on the guide when I was doing a show called the miracle, we got a guy down from dublin to guide us through it, it felt like 20 minutes but it was nearly 4 hours, was mad. He basicly just guided us through images, but let our own minds do everything, only he was speaking, we didnt say a word. Most martial arts centres will have someone trained in some sort of spiritual guides, try there. Its well worth it, even just the experience
