Lately there has been a massive flood of games coming to consoles to encourage a healthy lifesttyle. What do you think about these games,

I have seen no Xbox 360 or PS3 games that encourage fitness, only the Wii owns that territory.

I can't see why playing games can help anyone in getting a healthier lifestyle, maybe in a form 'mental finesse', but physically? I'm doubting it.

Unless the playstation move actually includes weighted controllers

McDonalds tried a healthy eating menu a while back, it failed - as will these "Get fit games".
